Hi - I'm Rich Higton and I have lived in Erewash all my life.  I currently live in Sawley (...with my parents...really must move out now I'm 25..!).   I have been interested in Radio and the Media since an early age and have a great love of music - everything from The Beatles to Green Day to Captain Beefheart and all sorts in between.

I took Media Studies at both New College Nottingham and Liverpool John Moores University.  Whilst at New College I worked on Adams FM co-hosting and producing The Afternoon Show and Rock Music programming.  My ideal job would be working in radio (I currently work for the DVLA...hmm, how did I manage that?!)   Erewash Sound "sounds" like an excellent idea, and I want to do all I can to help 'Back The Bid'.
