Tony has been part of the radio group for many years, lives and breathes radio, and never has a day off it!  He began his radio career at the tender age of 10, presenting records on his dad's Hi-fi.  His first break into the world of radio began when he was studying for his A-levels - appearing on short-term licence station, Valley Radio, in Ripley. 

Since then, he has been involved in other similar projects as a presenter including Derby's Pride FM, as well as appearances on Amber Sound, High Peak Radio and Newark FM.  Along with his radio work, Tony has worked as a DJ in clubs and pubs across the Midlands. 

As well as his role with Erewash Sound, Tony is the founder member and chair of Moorlands Radio - a radio station and group based in the Staffordshire Moorlands which seeks to obtain a full-time licence in their area, in a similar way to Erewash Sound's aims for Erewash.

On Erewash Sound, you'll find Tony leading the weekend breakfast show - 'Tony Mullins & The Morning Crew' along with Dawn Mullins and Dave Wilson.   There's no show like it!
