Where am I : Programmes (Meet The Team) > Producers > Mick Beresford

Known to his friends and colleagues as Zippy, Mick is the long suffering other half of Jane from the News Team.  Born March 11th (year not quite recalled right now), he spends his working day travelling the country just to keep out of the way of the wife!

As well as contending with the wife, he also has three crazy female felines and 1 step-son John who you'll also find amongst the Erewash Sound team, plus two other kids who aren't!   Born and bred in Long Eaton, Mick really is a true Erewash lad, although he has seen many changes over the years.

Although his music influences are varied, he does admit to being a Quo, Queen and Meat Loaf fan, but also admits liking the other end of the spectrum, listening to the tunes of dance music DJs, and the likes of The Ministry of Sound.    In his spare time, when not looking after Jane (or is that steering clear of her?) his time is spent as an active member of the RAOB, or by the side of the canal fishing (when time and weather permit him to do so).
